Susan Beebe leads Social and Digital Media for Fortune 100 brands, with a focus on customer engagement and growth.
In January 2018, Susan joined Walmart, Inc. (WMT), as Director of Social Strategy and Channels, on the Digital Strategy and Brand Engagement team, which is in the Corporate Affairs division at the home office in Bentonville, Arkansas, where she leads a team of social and digital strategists responsible for corporate social media content planning and channel optimization; also, the team oversees the "Executives on Social" program, which includes C-level and officer leadership. Our social channels include @Walmart LinkedIn, @WalmartNewsroom, @WalmartToday and a variety of executives such as CEO Doug McMillon on LinkedIn, instagram and facebook.
Tyson Foods, Inc.
In April 2013, Susan joined Tyson Foods, Inc. (TSN), to manage social media and online communities. She built and scaled Tyson Foods' corporate communities across numerous platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and Google+. Additionally, she is establishing strategy for content marketing, PR / Crisis response plans, reputation management, engagement and enterprise social media activation with employee training.
Previously, Susan Beebe was Dell's first "Chief Listener" where she worked closely with a fabulous team to strategically build out listening and engagement strategies for Dell's internal and external communities.
In 2010, Susan designed Dell's social media listening triage frameworks: corporate reputation (PR) and product-related workflows with supporting business processes, scalable organizational models, escalation paths and analytics KPI reporting. Susan designed custom command center applications, real-time analytics features and rich executive-level global reporting with Radian6 for the launch of Dell's now famous global Social Media Listening Command Center. Also in 2010, she developed and launched Dell's IR (investor relations) social media program to "live tweet" Dell's quarterly earnings results via @DellShares #DellEarnings.
In 2011, she launched the dormant @Dell twitter account as well as the new +Dell business profile on Google+ with over 300K followers. Susan is a Dell "SMaC certified" social media professional, spokesman and global trainer. Her career includes being the co-founder of a technology consulting firm (1996), business consulting, project management, marketing, corporate communications/PR, reputation management, crisis communications, corporate blogging, training, as well as enterprise social media strategy and execution.

Susan Beebe has been featured in numerous publications, including the Huffington Post's global list of "50 People In Tech to Follow on Facebook" and the B2B marketing blog's #Nifty50 list of "The Top #Nifty50 Women in Technology on Twitter for 2012." In 2014, she was awarded the "Social Innovator of the Year" award at Social Brand Camp. Lead Tail listed Susan as the top brand influencer in their comprehensive brand analysis and report. In 2015, Susan Beebe and team were awarded the prestigious PRSA "Silver Anvil" award for the social media campaign #myAGstory at the annual FFA convention.
